How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime from Your data, then Delete account. After a 30-day grace window your transcripts, reports, resume, and account data are permanently removed.

What if I forget my password?

Use the reset link on the sign-in page to set a new one. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead of a password.

How does the free trial work?

Your data is stored in ap-south-1 (Mumbai) under India’s DPDP. Report analysis uses OpenRouter, which may process parsed text outside India.

What is OpenRouter and why is my data sent there?

OpenRouter is the gateway we use to run the language-model analysis behind your report. Parsed resume, job-description, and transcript text are sent there; raw audio and video are not.

Are raw video frames stored?

No. Screen and webcam frames are processed in-session and discarded by default; we do not keep them.
